Description:
The City Clerk's Office is here to serve the public by assisting with information requests and issuing licenses and permits. As outlined by the City Charter, the City Clerk serves as the Clerk of the Council by preparing and distributing City Council meeting agendas and minutes. The City Clerk is also reponsible for maintaining the City archives which contain all official City reports, records and documents necessary for the conduct of the City's business. The City Clerk's office also maintains the Oath of Office Book, lists of City Boards and Commissions and Prepares Legal Notices and Local Laws.
