Micro Enterprise Program The Micro-Enterprise program provides opportunities for training & financing small business with 1-5 employees. For example:
The Small Business Training Program is a twenty-four hour course for prospective and existing small business owners. It includes training in the following areas: forms of ownership, taxes, record-keeping, legal issues, business planning and financing, marketing & personnel risk management.
Scholarships of $200.00 are available for income eligible participants
and those currently receiving unemployment benefits. Scholarship applications

The Micro-Loan Program provides working capital and start-up funds for new and expanding businesses in the City of Oswego with 1-5 employees.
How do I apply for a Micro Loan?
